Event Volunteers
A small army of VMLY&R team members have volunteered to assist while you’re here. Find anyone with an orange lanyard. These helpful individuals can get you from place A to place B, and much more.
Luggage Storage & Coat Check
If you need your luggage stored or coat checked at the VMLY&R New York office at any point, a conference room has been converted to the Luggage Check Room for the next few days. A volunteer will keep an eye on your belongings for safe keeping.
Charging Stations
Need to juice your phone? Is your computer about to shut down? Charging stations and electrical adapters will be available near the meeting spot on both Wednesday and Thursday.
